چکیده

Pluchea indica Less tea has been widely produced as a health drink because it contains phytochemical compounds and biological activities, such antihyperglycemic. is usually in bags stored standing pounds made of aluminum foil. Packaged pluchea teas are at room temperature for period time. During storage, the quality antihyperglycemic properties brewed water from packaged have not studied further. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine during storage. The research design used Randomized Block Design (RAK) with one factor including storage time consisting seven treatment levels, namely 0, 2, 4, 6, 10, 14, 18 weeks. Each repeated three times. Parameters analyzed included content, color, turbidity, pH, total acid, composition, phenol flavonoid activity (α-amylase α-glucosidase). results showed that affected all test parameters, there tendency decrease activity. Storage up weeks can reduce content pounds. which needs be considered so no increase maintain
